All Sales are Final given the custom nature of our product. We guarantee the quality but cannot put a time limit on how long a bracelet will last given the wide range of customers we serve and their various usage habits.
Product Variation
Our bracelets vary slightly given their handmade nature. Some bands may show some slight color bleeding through the white but this is part of our product variability and not a product defect.
